I made this for myself and employees because it can be hard to keep track of AFI and GFI requirements. I carry it in my binder when I'm working and it helps keep everyone on track in the middle of a rough-in without having to stop to decipher the Code book. It is for our residential work, based on 2014 NEC, 210.8 and 210.12.

I put it up here in case anyone has comments or might want to use it. I didn't list all the GFI requirements because
we all know the basics. Just where they intersect with AFI protection or are more recent.

Might want to add others to GFCI anyway - I know you said you left some out.

One thing that I see that could be confusing is you mention 6 feet from tubs or showers - though that is now in 2014, some could forget that in a bathroom all 120 volt receptacles need GFCI even if not by the sink or tub/shower.

AFCI I seem to find is getting easier each code cycle to make a list of areas where it is not required then it is to make a list of where it is required:huh:
