Does anyone have a PDF of this form that they would be willing to send me?
Long story, but we have been using our RFI forms for the entire project, now the CM decided he wants to be more professional...but he won't spring for the forms (and out of spite, I refuse to as well)
so he will get an excel version of the form and be happy. Problem is G716 is not to be found in a legible version anywhere online.
