Aiphone system communication gets cut

Hi there guys, I have this issue.

At the moment I have an aiphone gt-mkb-n central alongside a gt-1d.

When I do a call from the guard station, up to the resident there is no issues, but when I do the opposite (from the resident to the guard station) the communication gets cut.
 
It's where the earth work was last done, can you revere the wires and see if it's only nicked on a few wires?
 
This is the most God awful intercom system I have ever seen. There is no telling from the little information you give what the problem might be. Beyond swapping the resident unit with a known good one, unless you have experience with this system and how it was installed you need to contact the Aiphone dealer who installed it.

It was a guess, if they have an intercom they usually have other help around the house...
