Air Craft Static Grounding Receptacle

Does any one know what is the testing method required to define the testing parameter for ground resistance at the Heli-parking pad grounding points? Is there any specific standard we need to follow?

For Military:

10,000 ohms max when outside on aprons, aircraft parking and fueling areas

25 ohms max inside of hangers

Measured with the fall of potential method.
