Air curtain, two source of power 480V,3P and 208V,1P - simultaneously disconnection

Air curtain provided with two source of power 480V,3P (heating elements) and 208V,1P (controls).

What is cost effective way to provide manufacturer requirement for simultaneously disconnection of two source of power (I believe it’s based on 2014-NEC-210.7 )?

The power is coming from ~200A panels with branch circuit breakers.

Eaton has a line of 6-pole disconnect switches that would work. See p.32 of the catalog I linked to below:

Make sure to have labels in place that state some to the effect: "This equipment fed from multiple power sources. Ensure all power is removed before any work is attempted."

Part number 12HD661NF is the 30A non-fused version, and should work nicely for you, if I read your catalog right.

it looks like your control power is at worst, 2.8A. I would just use an Auxiliary Contact for that. They are usually rated at least 10A. No need to go overboard.
