Fly-in community,New residental Home with attached Hanger, question does the hanger have to be metal conduit, or can it be in NM cable.

Check 05 NEC 513.7. I guess you need to determine the particular areas you are wiring.

Depends. Art. 513 specifies different methods required based on the classification area.

The only areas that NM could possibly be used are those included in 513.3(D). Note the requirement for ventilation.

All walls and ceiling in the hanger are to be drywalled,no other area but the three wall and aircraft doors. could NM Cable be used?

If it is an unclassified location, yes.

513.1 - If the temp. of the fuel isn't above its flash point, 513 doesn't apply.

Also, if there won't be any repair or maintenance preformed there, 513 doesn't apply.
