I don't know what a "bug" would be, in this context. But my guess would be "AL or CU." ;)

That electrical term "bug" just does not seem to be used here in North Texas. I've often wondered what it means.

Now we use the term "lug" a lot. Usually as a broad term to describe a number of wire connectors.

I remeber hearing the term used before.It has been a while..I've heard it in refering to..

*Bugg* (bug-off-of) -slang wording- for "Tap"

As in the "tapping off of"..
