How common is it to provide grounding lugs on all hubs/connectors?
To my knowledge, the only time you'd provide hubs with ground lugs is for:
1) there is a break in the conduit continuity
2) service entrance conduits
3) Classified areas that are Div 1
Are they any other locations that would require the use of grounding lugs?
