Aluminum conductors

I am considering useing aluminum THHN feeders for a 400amp distribution panel. The equipment terminals are rated at 90 degree but the assembly is not. It is rated at 75 degree. Does NEC section 240.4 (B) allow 750KCMIL to be used with an over current device rated at 400amp?

750 AL is good for 385 amps. The next standard sized OCPD is 400. This would be permissible if the connected load is 385 amps or less.
