I have a Meter with 100 Amp service running #1 AWG aluminum Hots, Neutral and Ground to a sub Panel on a pole 100 feet away containing a Double Pole 30 Amp and 60 Amp Breaker. The 30 Amp goes to an RV Pedestal, the 60 Amp is not in use. I want to run wire from the 60 Amp Breaker to a existing panel on a 10x12 building 75 ft away containing four 20 Amp single pole breakers for lights/Receptacles along with a 20 Amp Double Pole Breaker for a 1500 watt heater. There will be no future upgrades.

When running the wire from the 60 Amp Breaker with #3 AWG Copper for the Hots and Neutral can I use #6 AWG Aluminum for the ground wire with the copper wires?
Should I change the 60 Amp Breaker to a 40 Amp Breaker for safety?

Thanks in Advance, Greg
