Ambient temp

How do you guys adjust for ambient temp lets say the hottest it gets is 110F degrees max and conduit is ran in a boiler room. Do you use the max temp in which it can get or do you make a judgement call?

Cover your butt and use the highest temperature. If anything goes to trial, you were using the most conservative information available to you.
