I am running conductors in conduit outdoors (not underground) and would like to apply the ambient temperature correction factors in Table 310.15(B)(2)(a). Problem is the NEC doesn't specifically state HOW the ambient temperature is found. Any suggestions? Any tables or websites I could use?

I've heard a few different interpretations, one says that you use the yearly average temperature.
