I have ambulatory space that require essential system in Kaiser Permanent. I am working on part of the facility which is still define as ambulatory has procedure rooms pain management and of course patient beds.
The rooms have critical branch, life safety branch power by generator and utility and normal branch power by utility.
All the rooms are defined as basic level of patient care but still contain critical, normal and life safety branch. I looked at definition of critical branch NEC 2014 Section 517.1 but am confused does not where their is critical branch also mean it can only have critical care space or where there is critical branch one can have basic level of patient care?
