I'm working on a project that has this complex situation where I have to run more than 100 current carrying conductors (little above 50 circuits) consist of #10, #8,#6 AWGs via walkerduct trench. I believe 50% derating of conductors will get the job done since the 80% of the loads are very small. my issue is when I refer NEC Annex B table B.310.15(B)(2)(11) as the backing for my assumption, I fell-short, without getting situation fully addressed since the table table B.310.15(B)(2)(11) supports only up to 85 conductors.
1. does anyone know any software that I can use for this calculation
2. or any manual method of calculating

Thanks!

You can fill to 40% but derating still applies. The FPN to 310.15(B)(2) references an alternative method of calculation in Annex B which allows for diversity.

2008 NEC:

390.17 Ampacity of Conductors. The ampacity adjustment factors, in 310.15(B)(2), shall apply to conductors installed in underfloor raceways.

FPN No. 1: See Annex B, Table B.310.11, for adjustment factors for more than three current-carrying conductors in a raceway or cable with load diversity.
