What is the appropriate table in the 2011 NEC for determining the ampacity of a multi-conductor tray cable lashed to a messenger cable in an overhead line? A follow up question would be, would you use table 310.15(B)(3) to derate for multiple multi-conductor tray cables lashed to the same messenger?
