Amps on Ground

check some amp readings on the ground, it was a 0.3 amps. what is considered normal for leakage on the ground on a feeder in commercial settings. Im thinking its a piece of equipment that may be leaking.
 
HID and Flourecent lighting are known to leak from a bad ballast. It could also be a bad RFI/EMI filter in a peice of electronic equipment. Also in a large distribution you can get a little leakage just from the cable capacitance. You are just going to have to trace it down to the source.
