Anchor brand exterior 100 amp meter panel, (circa 1970's??)

No model number embossed that I can see.

The phenolic guts that receive the 100A breaker and also serve as the mounting base for the power company two supply wires and the neutral need to be replaced.
Is this phenolic item available?

The guts appear to be a black plastic mounting base that is simply bolted onto the sheet metal meter panel.
The phenolic plastic base is then used as the place that the 100 amp circuit breaker is attached.

Would the guts be universal in nature; can any 100 amp guts could be mounted into the sheet metal panel or is it very specific?

Google results provided used guts/parts for 100amp meter panel; nothing new.
A new repair/replacement of guts would be preferable to a new panel which requires permitting.

Can you advise if this is repairable or will it require a new 100 amp meter panel with meter socket ?

Cost for either method?
