I want to attach an aluminum 250 mcm cable to a 125a breaker with screw down type terminals (THQL)
The cable is too stiff to bend 90 degrees to enter the breaker, and too large anyways, max size is 2/0

Is there a way to do this? I thought I have seen angled compression pin connectors but I can't seem to find them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or suggest a different way to do this?

Thanks,
Bryan

Most often I see a short jumper sized to the breaker and polaris connected to the larger conductor.

I'd use reducing butt splice crimps to bring it down to the minimum size wire for the circuit and land that in the breaker.

For pin adapter ilsco and burndy make offset where the pin is to one side(still straight). And ilsco makes a 90*pin adapter but I've only seen them in 350 kcmil.ACO-2_0.jpg
