My mother In-laws well is just twisted conductors ran on the floor with a switch in series with the pump. Common set up down there. Not alot of deaths. I equate it to They got no water so grounds almost an insulator and they have skin as think as a badgers.
On that note also. its not just Mexico, local motels around here are going to have some one die someday. Its bad, told inspector said he could not really do anything.
