Another ISB question

I did not want to high jack the previous IBT thread, so here is another related question.

Specific to the EGC connection, does the intersyetm bonding terminal HAVE to be connected to the main GEC? Or Can a separate (Minimum #6) be used just for the ISBT, as long as the other end is connected to the equipment grounding bar.

(4) At the service equipment, be securely mounted and
electrically connected to an enclosure for the service equipment, to the meter enclosure, or to an
exposed nonflexible metallic service raceway, or be mounted at one of these enclosures and be
connected to the enclo­sure or to the grounding electrode conductor with a
minimum 6 AWG copper conductor

I would say yes as long as the Equipment grounding bar was connected to the GEC:angel:
