Antenna Windload Calculation

Greetings folks,

I have been asked by a municipality to provide a wind load calculation for an antenna mounted to an existing mast. The mast has a weather bug reporting station and we would be adding an antenna with factory supplied brackets to the mast. Of course, I understand the need of specs for the antenna and bracket which I do have, But I believe I need an engineer to help me with this in Broward County, Fl preferably.

Do you have any specs on the existing mast?
