I have on occasion needed a grease that CONDUCTS electricity. I have used (in a past life) something called "copper impregnated grease" - basically a heavy grease saturated with an enormous amount of very fine copper filings (it conducts electricity well - especially under conditions where two connecting surfaces are under pressure). I used the product in all sorts of applications where corosion was problematic and you wanted to ensure a good electrical connection. I have asked about it at various places and I keep getting directed to Di-Electric grease which is exactly NOT  what I want. Any of you out there know or use a product with these properties?

Ann,

Actually you do want di-electric grease. In particualr try Mobile 28.

Also try Anderol NO-OX-ID grease, most switchgear manufactures (Besides GE) recommend this grease is used. It is a non oxidizing, conductive grease.
