I'd like to know if you wire brush and/or use antioxidant, for copper, old EC or AA-1350 aluminum, or new AA-8000 series aluminum. This is for terminating a wire in a set screw type connection, like in a meter socket.

I install Al conductors all the time.
Could you tell me what antioxidants are.

They are micronutrients, usually metal related like selenium, or zinc, but sometimes acids like alpha lipoic acid. They help cells to rid themselves of byproducts of oxidation by binding to and then titrating out of the cell and system. They are not generally useful for terminations of aluminum conductors.

Kind of strange, you can vote for more than one option.
I noticed it can be set up that way, and made more sense for this than trying to get all the combinations. But it might make the results misleading. I'm guessing more use antiox for AA-8000 than 1350 because some probably don't use 1350 at all. It would have been better to word it as would you instead of do you.
