I haven’t been interested much in “canless” downlighting, but this is an intriguing product.

Multi-CCT including warm dim, triac and 0-10v dimming, and various inserts.

They also offer a new-work bracket. Anyone tried these yet?

I haven't used Acuity's version of them, but I've used this type of fixture plenty of times. Great for typical residential projects with very tight budgets/margins. Especially love that they're almost all rated for direct contact with insulation. They do seem to have slightly higher failure rates and dimmer compatibility issues, and it's also more common to see CCT consistency issues, but they definitely have their place in the market. Typically use them as a last VE resort though on commercial projects though. If we propose using these on a commercial project, and then they need to reduce the lighting budget later, I prefer to not already be starting near the bottom of the barrel.

It looks like their 4RLD but with options. I bought it with the new work frame instead of the canless
option.
what's great about this light it also has 3 lumen settings up to 1200.

the complete unit was $43.

I’m going to order a couple to check out. Online pricing looked like $60 with new work frame. My supplier sales rep is on vacation this week though. Thanks for the pricing …. Gives me an idea of where they should be.
