Does anyone have any idea what this panel is?? It’s an older panel and I’m replacing it this week, I need something basically the exact same for a like for like replacement because I don’t have room to go up or down with his setup… Dimensions are 23.5” by 14.25”. Thanks for any ideas

I'd guess an Eaton BR ML12/24 of some kind. You might end up with a main breaker.
I bet you can find a new panel with the same dimensions.
