Any one use a third party estimator

Get a bunch of email, never responded. I was offered to bid on local large grocery remodel but I currently don't have the time to site and return estimate in 4 days from them asking.

Any one know of a good third-party estimator company.
The ones I get in email seem scammed never even leave a phone call.
