I need to tell a client a good reason to replace these panels... But honestly, if it isn't broke don't fix it?

Do you have any good reason to replace this with a modern panel?

It could be fine but given the number of 30 amp fuses you have to wonder if some of those circuits are over-fused and the conductors are smaller than #10.

Is there any insurance premium benefit to client? Or will insurance company require the change to continue coverage at next policy review anyways? And, depending on current code cycle, does it make upgrade any easier/cheaper by doing this sooner rather than later?
Hard to imagine an upgrade isn’t in the best interests of everyone involved, including your wallet.
