Any standard limitations for NEV value?

Is there is any standard value for NEV, for checking system is wiring is done in correct way.
What happen if NEV is 0 and also if huge value?

Neutral to Earth voltage. A result of the voltage drop on both the primary and secondary conductors on the line side of the main bonding jumper. When it is a high value, it is an indication of a problem on either the primary or secondary neutral.
