Had a gate column poured it had water and ENT in the top recessed channel for a water feature in the column well the pipe filled up with concrete. Don’t know how far or how bad. I know the conduits still in place just filled up. Is there a tool you can put in the water line and ent and slowly get it out??
I read acid can soft it up

As an apprentice I have used white vinegar. Though in this application it was mortar which went inside the conduit. You could smell it when the snake came out the end. As far as your situation, how much do you think is filled? Like an inch or two

Really? Coke and scrap fish tape? Well cool I try that tomorrow thanks. Should end be flush.
The pipe system makes a Shepard hock will that still work.

Coke...acola... Muriatic works but too dangerous. Donate a steel fish tape, cut off the loop and cut to length- stick it in your drill after a good soda soaking and have at it.
I’ve done that with rigid, don’t know how well it would work with ENT, the ridges might catch the fish tape and chew up the interior. Probably worth a try anyway.

Once the concrete is broken into pieces how are you going to get it out? with a conduit mouse?

I do suggest digging up where you can and not driving the mess in the long way...but you still need to work it from the end that holds the acid. Not pool acid! (Do it).

Problem is my pipes come at the bottoms of the column and then the concrete filled portion of conduit is about 6 feet above . So I may extend the lines above fill with coke and leave string for a while then drain and snake and repeat.
If I can get both water lines clear I can use one as a chase for my low voltage cable

Once you get done opening up the concrete pathway and tearing up that plastic sheath maskerading as a conduit , I would suggest you switch to UF cable to get your wiring across.......... And call the new pathway a "chase".............
