It depends on how your State licensing boards requires your CEU credits.
Most States, but not all require the class to be submitted for review for the credits to counted toward license requirements. Most can be found at the State web site as to who can teach and qualify for the credits.

I'm doing the 10 hour construction training right now. It's not really for CEU's. WA might recognize the OSHA class though for a CEU. You don't have to be a student either. $18 vs $140. Have no idea how they can do it so inexpensively compared to other web sites. Someone even answered the phone when I called today. It's a requirement for a job site I'm going on this week.
