I have an excel spreadsheet from Mike Holt that has numerous other sheets. Calculations for banks, school, dwellings etc.
Mike said to share it with everyone. I modified it a bit and tested it fairly well so I think it is pretty accurate.
Btw, I only modified the dwelling sheet.

If anyone wants it I have it on my goggle drive. I would download the file since you may lose some results if used in google docs. IDK
