anyone use Angies List?

A guy from Angies List .Com keeps calling me to advertise on their website - anyone use this service? I thought it was crappy like most of the other referral based services online but then again I didn't purchase any advertising - just had a bad feeling about it. Anyone use this Angies List?

I have not personally used it. I have heard from friends (HO's)that it is good in ranking how well someone does a job and they use the service. I do not know though, if you get a lousy ranking, if you can defend yourself.
