Anything wrong with doing this? Transf. connections

Need to run 4160v to a load and and also step down to other loads as shown.

Does this look ok, any issues with it?

As long as the breaker upstream on the 4160V side is sized to protect the wires serving the transformer primary and the wires serving the 4160V load, I think this is OK. I don't like it that much, however. In order to turn off one item, you need to turn off both.
