Anything wrong with this installation?

No sure what you are depicting there. Are you planning on bringing the Service conductors into a wireway, then over to the left to the main Service Disconnect and meter center, then from the Service Disconnect BACK through the same wireway to feed another Main disconnect for a sub panel on the outside wall? If so, I don't think so. The Service is required to be it's OWN CIRCUIT up to the Service Disconnect, then after than you can do whatever you like. If this is for two separate meter centers off of one service feed, is the Utility OK with this?

IMO, meets the NEC
As far as "wrong", as Jraef noted, POCO may have a problem and, though not required, a placard at the outside (assuming there are disconnects) noting the location of the service disconnects would be a good safety point.

The wireway would be tapped two ways, one to the left to the main disc. sw. with meter center and one to right at the other main disc. sw. then feeder to outside meter center.

The disc. switches are grouped in same elec. room.

I'm sure this is code compliant now after carefully reviewing the "services" section.
