I am bidding a 9 unit apartment building that is currently powered by 4 separate 200amp panels. I am planning to run 60 amp feeders to every apartment and putting a 8 circuit load center in. The apartments are little 1 bed room approx 400 sq. Ft units. Where is the calculation for determining how much amperage is needed per unit. I just want to make sure I am correct and not underestimating my amperage needs. Not too good navigating the NEC. Our JHA is using the 2011 NEC
