“A” standard does not exist. Every API has a couple lines here and there referencing electrical. It’s a mess. Imagine taking NFPA and removing 70, 70B, and 79. Now what’s left? There is electrical in there but it’s scattered.
Plus you can’t just download. The American Petroleum Institute charged money for them. This isn’t like the maritime or NFPA Codes. It’s more like IEEE.
