I want to apologize for 5 Topics I posted as DCSVA@aol.com on the same subject. Each time tried to send it, I got an error message and never thought they went through until today. Now that I have that off my chest. Some of the messages showed responses but I could not get them. So one last attempt:
THE ORIGINAL TOPIC:
120/240VAC/3PH Open Delta
The 120volt loads are lights & receptacles
IMO, I feel that my thinking is correct to say that Article 310-15,b,4,a apply's.
The neutral conductor is not required to be counted.
Therefore, TABLE 310-15,b,2,a does not apply.
Does this sound right?
