A dish machine booster heater is a permanently connnected appliance so a padlocking provision can be added to the booster's branch circuit breaker to serve as a disconnect.

A dish machine is also permanently connected and has pumps. Unsure about wheter 422.31 or 422.32 applies here.

If the pumps are over 1/8 hp then 422.34 would apply IF the panel is with in sight.
