Appliance Disconnects in a commercial kitchen

I have a commercial kitchen with a large 3 phase 70 amp oven and 2- 3 phase 45 amp dishwashers and there is not one square foot of wall space to mount disconnect switches. Is it permissible to mount them in the accessible ceiling above the appliance if the switch is lockable?

A locking circuit breaker can serve as the disconnecting means if you comply with {see 422.31(B and (C))}
