Is leak detection considered an appliance? What about a condensate pump?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for branch circuit requirements when circuiting up more than one of these together on the same branch circuit?

For instance, if I want to put two leak detection and two condensate pumps on the same branch circuit, what requirements am I following? These might only be 1 amp each 120V.

Can I put five leak detection and five condensate pumps on a single 20 amp circuit?
 
As long as all of these devices don't exceed 80% then you should be fine. They cannot be on the same circuit as, say, a furnace.
 
Take the largest pump FLC*125% then add the other motors a 100% and the other loads at 100%.
