Application of Table 300.5

Table 300.5 list burial depths for 5 conditions. But I am unclear on which depth requirement to follow for concrete encased PVC. It appears from Column 3 that 12" of cover is enough if PVC is encased in 2" min of concrete, but I am not sure if this still applies in areas subject to vehicular traffic. Do I still need 24" of cover under a roadway even if my conduit is concrete encased?

As I read it, the 24" depth is required under roadways encased in concrete or not.

I read it as 24 inches also. unless you cut off the tape measure.

If you want drive a 747 over it 18" is good.
