Applying Table 220.86

How do you apply Table 220.86?

here is my ex. question (off of Mike holts online test)

Calculate Load kva for 20,000 sq ft. school, total connected load of 160 kva

a)135kva
b)106kva
c)120kva
d)112kva

I only want to know how to apply the info givin to the table

Take the connected load 160kva ? 20,000ft?, then apply the table.

Thanks for your help, make sure I did this right:

you said 160,000 / 200000 which = 8

so, using the table. 3va @ 100% + 5va @ 75%?

(20,000*3va*100%) + (20,000*5va*75%) = 135kva or (a)

is this the correct way?
