Some one please tell me this. I’m I understanding this right, that if there is a gfic receptacle being used for dish washer , Landry , kitchen receptacles on (gfic receptacles),dose this branch circuits still needs to be on the arc-fault/ gfic breaker? We are using Nec 2014 code book.

Just get arc/gfci combo breakers

When you say AFCI/GFCI combo the meaning is clear, but the term combination or "combo" refers to combination parallel arc and series arc AFCI units.
The combination of AFCI and GFCI is properly referred to as "dual function".
