Are Arc Fault Breakers required by Code to be installed in the Sleeping areas of a Fire Department (fire house)?

Does the area meet the definition of dwelling unit? If not then the answer is no.

I believe there is common areas such as cooking and dinning areas within the fire house. I suspect there are sleeping areas as well.

Why wouldn't a fire house be condidered a dwelling?
