Are there any requirements for Combination Arc Fault Ground Fault breakers to serve 250v receptacle outlets such as Ranges and Dryers in dwelling units per the 2020 code?

Or is it just the Ground Fault application new to the 125/250v outlets 50 amps and below?

AFCI is still 120V only.
The only one I see required is dryers as they are in a laundry area.
The kitchen wording is still "Where used to serve the countertop surfaces." so ranges are exempt.
 
So if the dryer is 240v then no Arc Fault protection required correct?
If the dryer is 120v then yes?

One caveat in NEC 2020; range is not exempt from GFCI if within 6 feet of the sink, which is common with a bar sink or over the range cold water faucet in high end homes. Luckily the target audience can afford the $100 breaker this usually entails for 250V. There is no exemption for ranges that I am aware of. 2020 just includes 250V.

"210.8(A)(6) Sinks -- where receptacles are installed within 1.8 m (6 ft) from the top inside edge of the bowl of the sink"

AFCI only 120V as mentioned by totuga.
