Arc Fault tripping

Client says her bedroom circuit trips every 5 ish days.. I took a look in the panel and took the hot and neutral off the breaker. I did continuity test between all conductors and got nothing. I did an ohms test between hot and neutral and it was showing 178ohms of resistance.. I know a 500ft spool of #12 wire has 0.5 ohms of resistance so why did this hot/neutral have 178 ohms of resistance? Could there be a small pinch or knick in the wire somewhere within that Romex causing a very very slow trip since it’s on an arc fault breaker? The panel is roughly 100-120 feet from the bedroom, it’s in an assisted living facility
