Finishing basement with a kitchenette - sink, refrigerator, dishwasher. Do the ejector pump, kitchen outlets and refrigerator need to be ARC fault protected.

By your description, yes-all 125V 15A and 20A would need AFCI protection. 210.12, 2011 NEC.

Do you have a "kitchen" as defined in art 100? If so then it is no different than any other dwelling kitchen, AFCI will not be required, GFCI will be required for receptacles serving countertop spaces, and you will require a minimum of 2 small appliance branch circuits to supply counter top receptacles.
Is the ejector pump within this same room? If so then AFCI is required if the rest of the room requires AFCI, which would mean the room is not an art 100 defined kitchen.
