2011 code 210.12 B what do you do if the existing circuit is a multiwire circuit

I don't add on to mwbc but if I do I make sure that the panel is one of the manufacturers who make a dp arc fault.

I know that Ge uses sp breakers with ties-- they are the only brand that can do that on a mwbc, and I believe Cutler Hammer has come out with DP arc faults. Not sure who else makes them
