I'm looking for a course, preferably online, for Arc Flash Calculation that is very thorough. Any suggestion would be helpful. I'm new to Electrical Engineering and not familiar with these companies/courses and don't know the quality of their work.

If the goal is to get your state professional engineering license:

University of Wisconsin Madison offers post grad courses on different power related electrical engineering topics. They might have one on fault analysis which would be the best place to start. I have taken their substation design class and protection. It was great.

Arc Flash is the application of fault analysis. Most of the time you start with a worst case and then bring that number down.

Any book on the per-unit method would help.
