Arc Flash Contractor recommendation needed

Hello,
I am an electrician with a San Francisco Bay Area city utility. I was recently hired to maintain 18 separate pump stations for Water, Wells, Storm water, and Waste Water. None of our pump stations have Arc Flash labeling. In addition, many of the older stations lack the one line drawings for the facility.

Can anyone recommend any Arc Flash contractors in the area that you have used to evaluate, label, and help us bring our stations up to NFPA70e compliance?

I don't think there is such a thing as an "arc flash contractor". A PE would be needed to do the calculations and determine what the labeling should say and you could then make and install the labels yourself.

Maybe a contractor isn't the correct term. I'm looking for an electrical engineering company that does this.
